INTRODUCTION
The 3rd annual Safe Baby Haven Coalition 5k Run/Walk takes place in the shadows of the new Cardinals stadium.  Athletes literally start  and finish in the middle of the Westgate Shopping center.  The proceeds of this event help to increase awareness of abandoned babies in Arizona and the Safe Haven Law.  Come out and run for a cause!

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This is a 1 loop course.  Athletes will start and finish in the center of the Westgate Shopping mall!

Weather - historical weather has high temperatures in the mid 80's. Lows around this date are typically in the low 50's.

RACE DIVISIONS
Age Group 
Age groups are broken down into 5-year increments, based on your age as of December 31, 2009.  Awards will be for the top 3 runners overall male and female.

EVENT TIME SCHEDULE (Subject to Change)
Sunday March 29, 2009

  • 6:30am - 7:30am Onsite registration, Packet Pickup
  • 8:00am - Event begins!
  • 8:45am (approximate) - Awards

All athletes will be able to park at the mall with no issue!

BENEFICIARY
The proceeds from this event go to the Safe Baby Haven Coalition of Arizona.  The goal is to help raise awareness of abandoned babies and the Safe Haven Law.
