This is The Off Road Event in the Fall! Pabst Blue Ribbon is the title sponsor and is providing the coolest event shirt EVER! Seriously. Ever. You may want to sign up just for the shirt! Join us October 12th, in at Tempe Town Lake and Papago Park for on of our incredible events - A Sprint 750 Meter Swim, 10 Mile Mountain Bike, and a 3.1 Mile Trail Run Off Road Triathlon.

Registration fees will INCREASE on the following dates:

July 29, 2008 - $10 increase

September 27, 2008 - additional $10 increase

COURSE INFORMATION (click on each for maps!)

SITE MAP - shows the transition area for the event.

SWIM COURSE - (0.50 miles / 750 meters) One loop 750 meter swim in Tempe Town Lake (north side!!)

BIKE COURSE - (10mi / 17.7k) The bike course is 10+ Miles. The course is a 3.65mi loop through Papago Park (3 loops). The course requires a proper mountain bike or cross-bike. The bike trails can be narrow in some areas and wide enough for vehicles in other. It is composed of packed Arizona dirt and some sand. This course is perfect for the beginner off road rider and still challenging enough for the seasoned veteran.

RUN COURSE - (5k / 3.1mi) Mix of trail and sidewalk run. Plenty of hills, some single track, packed dirt and some rocks to hop over/on and around!! Aid stations will be stocked with water, Gatorade and Powerbar product!

PACKET PICK UP

Sunday October 12th, 2008 - 5:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. North Side of Tempe Town Lake. Park at the Marina off of College and take the bike path West to packet Pick Up. Or you may park under the 202 along Lakeview Drive and Mill Avenue and walk East along the path.

Want to get used to the trails in Papago? Come on out for the the infamous Short Track at Papago (STP) every Tuesday night (almost) hosted by Primus Cycling. This crew assembles at 6:30pm details on their site located here

PARKING

Spectators and athletes are welcome to park underneath the 202 Freeway in the free public parking spaces. Spectators, please be parked by 7:45 a.m. race morning. Or you may park at the Marina along College Avenue just East of the race site.
