Refund and Transfer Policy

REFUND POLICY
Red Rock Company has a strict NO REFUND policy. 

TRANSFER POLICY
Red Rock has a strict NO TRANSFER policy. Athletes are not allowed to sell or gift their registration to another athlete or race. 
Side note, USAT rule 3.5 essentially states that you can be banned for a period of up to 1 year for the first violation and a lifetime ban for a second violation.  

WHY DO WE HAVE SUCH STRICT POLICIES?
Almost every event company in the country has a similar policy for a reason. When the athlete registers, the event company begins preparing for your experience. Whether it's hiring police, security, buying t-shirts, athlete bags, etc. We incur expenses immediately, even if you are unable to race, we start preparing for your arrival. Since most of the Red Rock events sell out, we can not allow transfers. As an example an athlete could sign up for the Nathan Triathlon and try to transfer into the sold out Soma Triathlon, this is not fair for those that signed up.  Thank you for your understanding!
